Cooking Snails Recipe, Eating Snail Chili with Spicy Chili Sauce So Delicious

How we cooked

  1. Boiling the water
  2. Put the snails into a bowl and mix with kaffir leaf, Lemongrass, ginger, chili, and garlic
  3. After water boiled put all snails into the pan for 10 minutes
  4. After 10 minutes take out the snail put it into the pan and put some cold water for getting cold faster.
  5. Make hot sauce
  6. Put that hot sauce into all snails and some kaffir leaf, Lemongrass, ginger, chili
  7. Start steaming the snails again
  8. Mix hot sauce with red onions and cilantro leaf and pepper
  9. Enjoy eating
