  • Black Chicken

How we cooked

  1. Cutting Chicken into small
  2. Cut vegetable and ingredients
  3. Put clay port on fire and put some water
  4. Put lemongrass, galangal, and Coriander into the pot 
  5. after 5 minutes put Chicken and vegetable and put sauce
  6. Wait 20 minutes
  7. Enjoy eating
